Habbo Club (HC)
Habbo Club isn't necessarily a requirement; however, most of the Skittle color gamut requires HC. Non-HC users will have a more restrictive range of colors to choose from.
Matching Outfit
Accessories and clothing (except for Dungees) can be changed and worn as long as they are the shade of your Skittle Color and/or your secondary color. (Regular Skittles - White (preferably HC White)* and Dark Skittles - HC Black (or non HC Dark Grey).

Active
Skittles must be active in the community. Inactive skittles will be considered unsafe to eat and will be expired. Once expired, their color will be up for grabs for a future skittle.
