Hope to see everyone at the Skittles Christmas Party! Our Skittles Christmas Party will start in our beloved Skittles Headquarters as we prepare for our White Elephant event. All Skittles and friends are welcome to stop by and hangout throughout the whole evening as you can.
Please note, you do not need to participate in the White Elephant to attend the Christmas Party. You are welcome to hangout as we prepare and during the event itself so you can see all the fun as Skittles open various presents and/or steal a present from another Skittle! Savages… haha.
White Elephant Information:
If you wish to participate in the White Elephant, please let us know so we can prepare our room to hold all who wish to participate. Please note that you will need to stay for the entire event so you can contribute on what present you end up with. This event will probably take 2 hours or more to finish, so just want everyone to be aware. If something happens and you need to leave, you will still have a present to claim and pickup after the event sometime but hopefully this doesn’t occur unless necessary.
Each person who wishes to participate in the White Elephant will need to prepare and bring present(s) that have a minimum value of 20-25c. Yes, your present(s) can be multiple items that equal the minimum value. Yes, if you wish for your present(s) to be value above the minimum, you can also do that. Please note, that just because you generously prepared a present for the White Elephant valued above the minimum other participants may not have so be prepared to receive present(s) at the minimum value at the end of the event. The minimum value is set and stated so a reasonable value and cost to participate isn’t so high where some Skittles wouldn’t be discouraged not to participate.
Do not wrap your presents in actual present boxes on Habbo. As you arrive at the party, or beforehand, if you are participating in the White Elephant, you will trade your present(s) to Zarek. Zarek will write down each item of your present(s) to organize all the present(s) for the White Elephant and will assign them a location. As present(s) are opened by participants the present(s) will be revealed to show what all the present(s) includes.
As we move into the White Elephant event room, participants will be randomized (by banzai) in an order of who will pick the first present and start the event.
First person will pick a present and open their selected present. The second and those that follow will be able to steal a present that had already been opened or open a new present. A present can only be stolen for a maximum of 5x. Once a present has been stolen 5x it is locked to that participant and cannot be stolen anymore. If your present is stolen, you will have the option to steal another present from someone else or open a new present. You can not steal the present directly back from the person who has just stolen the present from you.
If at the end of the event, the first person’s present that they originally opened has not been stolen, they will have a final chance to steal a present if they choose to.
