Hello Skittles!
Sadly, the Council of Skittles voted to expire a handful of Skittles. We posted last month with a list of Skittles who we felt weren't active with the Skittles or Habbo in general. We did notice a few people from that list start to come around more, so that was awesome!
So now, I must officially stamp these Skittles below with EXPIRED. They have been removed from the Skittles Groups and their Skittles Index Color has become available for new Skittles to join. As we have always been a sort of social club and if you aren't socializing with the club...whats the point in being in it?

What does Expired mean? - Expired means that this Skittle has been removed from the Skittles as a current member. They will be removed from Skittles Groups. Their Hall of Skittles Statue will be turned to show that they are no longer a current member. Their Skittles Index Color will become available for new members to choose from to join the Skittles.
What does Recall Notice mean? - So, we just started using this term... basically just like before when we gave our Inactivity Notice. If you aren't active within the Skittles or Habbo in general you will be put upon the Recall Notice list. Once you are on the list, if you start to be seen around the Skittles again you can get yourself removed from the Recall Notice. The Council of Skittles try to meet every two weeks to review our membership, talk about the current progress and plan future activities for the Skittles. The Council of Skittles will vote at the next meeting at all users on the Recall Notice list whether to Expire, remain on Recall or decide that they have been active so these members are granted a Fresh start.
What does Fresh mean? - These are users who have been removed from the Recall Notice as they have been actively involved with the Skittles since being on the Recall Notice list.
